ineo Remote Care is an intelligent reporting system that links your Develop systems directly to the switchboard of your service partner, thus permitting automatic transfer of status messages, meter-readings, running data on
consumables, and error messages. While the productivity and service life of your systems are increased, administrative costs and the workload in your company are reduced. Early fault diagnoses reduce maintenance and repair costs and allow optimal service support.
It is not necessary to install any additional software on your server in order to use Remote Care. Thanks to GSM technology, your system communicates with the service centre via a direct and secure radio channel without intervention in your corporate network. The transmission of service-related data via GSM is a unique feature that is especially of interest to customers with increased security requirements: When connected to the GSM network, it is not necessary to install any additional software on your server – your data will be transmitted to your specialist partner without intervention in your corporate network.
